The prices quoted are per person and day including half-board and are valid for stays of at least 3 days. Not included in the price is the visitor’s tax of € 3,20 per person and day. Children up to the age of 15 years do not pay a visitor’s tax.

Hotel Cancellation
policy.

Cancellation policy

The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable. Up to 3 months before your planned arrival you can cancel for free, between 3 months and 1 month before your arrival the cancellation fee amounts to 40% of the price, between 1 month and 1 week before your arrival it is 70% and within the last 7 days before your arrival it amounts to 90%.

Child discounts in the room of the parents: up to 5 years free, up to 12 years – 50%, up to 16 years – 25 %

Single use of a double room: € 30,00 surcharge per day.

Arrival: You can check in at 2 p.m. If you intend to arrive after 8 p.m., please inform us beforehand.

Departure: You have to leave your room until 10.30 a.m. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full price.

Payment of the bill: We accept bank cards, Master card and Visa.
